Bohol, 2016

These days, when I go somewhere, I always pray for good weather. God granted my request and blessed us with good weather throughout the trip.

Our trip to Bohol started from October 24, 2016 - October 27, 2016. For our whole trip, we stayed at Henann Resort. Our main reason for this visit was for my dad and his siblings have their long overdue reunion. Since they were all staying here, we also stayed here. We made our reservation through their website. My parents and I stayed at the premium room on the ground floor (and is exceptionally great) while my brother and my boyfriend stayed at a premium room but on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo of their room, but I have photos of our room which was so much prettier (and more expensive at that).

Obviously, I stayed on the single bed and my parents were on the queen sized bed.

My brother and I have this thing about hotel breakfasts and Henann did not fail us. There were many choices each waking day and above all, they had more than two fresh fruit juices per day. I love fresh fruit juices that's why I appreciate this a lot. During our stay, there were many others in the resort as well since it was the semestral break and there was a conference where Bo Sanchez was present so breakfast was too crowded. The next few mornings, we all woke up extra early to get a table without having to wait.

As much as I want to take a photo of everything we did back then, there were more times when I just wanted to enjoy the time with my family and boyfriend that I didn't even bother to take a photo. We had our first dinner at Christina's, a restaurant within the resort. My steak was very good I couldn't stop thinking about it until we left Bohol. Unfortunately, we weren't able to eat there again because the following nights were spent with the Cembrano siblings and their respective families.

All in all, I'd like to give Henann Resort Bohol a rating of 4.5 only because there was one time we had problems entering our room. There was a problem with the door lock itself and even the general key couldn't get through. It was such a hassle for us since there were three of us in the same room and we all needed to get ready for dinner. Other than that, view, beach, food, comfort and service were all great!
